You can cancel PawCare Plus at any time from your billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Plus access until the end of the paid period.
If you were charged by mistake or want a refund within 14 days of an initial subscription purchase, contact [support@pawcare.example] and we will review your request.
Yearly plans: pro-rated refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
