• Pet data you enter: profiles, health records, photos.
• Reports and community content you publish.
• Tracker device data, when you connect one.
• Basic diagnostic logs to keep the service running.

Processors we rely on

• Lovable Cloud — hosting, database, storage, authentication.
• Stripe — payment processing for PawCare Plus.
• Google Gemini (via Lovable AI Gateway) — the PawAI assistant.
• OpenStreetMap tiles — map rendering.

How we use data

To run the app, remind you of vaccinations and medications, match lost/found reports, power AI features you invoke, and process payments.

Your controls

You can edit or delete pets, reports, posts, and your account from within the app. Email notification preferences live in your profile.

Retention

Account data is kept until you delete it. Deleted content is removed within 30 days from our active systems.
